Terms of Use

The terms governing access to StudyPal's course discovery, institution information, accounts and application services.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of StudyPal, a service operated by IMedia Digital. By using StudyPal, you agree to these Terms. If you use StudyPal for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

What StudyPal provides

StudyPal helps users discover and compare education options, explore study paths, communicate with institutions and prepare or submit applications. Information is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer of admission, academic, immigration, financial or legal advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
  • Do not impersonate another person or institution, submit unlawful material, interfere with the service, scrape it abusively or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for information and documents submitted through your account.

Education information and applications

Course availability, fees, intakes, entry requirements and institution data can change. Users should confirm material information directly with the relevant institution before making a decision. Institutions control their admissions decisions and StudyPal does not guarantee acceptance, enrolment, scholarships, visas or any particular outcome.

Institution and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to provide StudyPal. Institution representatives must have permission to publish their listings, branding and course information.

StudyPal content and intellectual property

StudyPal's design, software, original text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to IMedia Digital. They may not be copied, republished or exploited commercially except with permission or as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

StudyPal may link to institutions and external services. We do not control their availability, content, policies or decisions. Your dealings with those parties may be subject to separate terms.

Availability, suspension and liability

We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict accounts involved in suspected misuse. To the extent permitted by law, StudyPal is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions may be sent to imediamyy@gmail.com. We may revise these Terms and will identify the latest revision on this page.
